Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at RelyPlus. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! Items purchased at RelyPlus can be returned within 07 days of receiving, subject to the following guidelines:

I. Return

  1. 07-Day Period of Return for Manufacturing Defect:
    • You have a 07-day period to return an item from the date you receive it, for any reason.
    • Ensure that the items returned are intact in their original state, never used, and returned in original packaging with all parts, packaging list, certificate, instructions, invoice, and any gifts.
  1. How to Return:
    • Email us at care@relyplus.com to request a return, stating your order number. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.
    • Send the package via a qualified carrier to the designated warehouse.
  1. Situations Not Eligible for Return:
    • Returns requested beyond the 07-day period.
    • Products that have been used and are no longer needed.

II. Refund

  • Customer service will process a refund upon receipt of the returned items.
  • You will receive your money 1-2 working days after confirming the refund. Please check your account accordingly.

III. Replacement

  • If the item you receive is defective or damaged during shipment and needs replacement, contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Customer service will support with you to decide on a refund and replacement.
  • Note: Replacement is not eligible if only the outer package is damaged but not the product. For more information, contact us via care@relyplus.com.

IV. Cancellation of Order

  • RelyPlus generally ships orders within 24 hours. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible for an immediate refund. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment upon receipt of the returned order but the freight charges will be applicable.

Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is caused by the buyer, he will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer will not bear the shipping fee.
